PVC Board Handling Product
- Ensure that hands, gloves, and any tools used are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or other contaminants.
- Use soft gloves to avoid scratching the surface of the PVC Board.
- Store PVC Boards in a shaded, dry, and well-ventilated area.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight, rain, or excessive humidity, which may cause deformation or discoloration.
- Do not store PVC Boards near oil, solvents, adhesives, paint, or other corrosive chemicals.
- Exposure to these substances may result in surface damage, deformation, or color changes.
- Always place PVC Boards on a flat, even, and sturdy surface to support the entire area of the board.
- Avoid placing them on uneven bases, as this may cause warping or cracking.
- Lay a clean, smooth base (such as a pallet or plastic sheet) before stacking PVC Boards.
- Keep the boards away from textured debris such as wood chips, gravel, or sand that could scratch or damage the surface.
- Stack PVC Boards according to their thickness, with the thickest boards at the bottom to support the weight.
- Use spacers or protective sheets between layers if necessary.
- Do not exceed a stacking height of 2.5 meters to prevent deformation and to ensure safe handling.
- If a higher stack is required, use proper storage racks.
